Global Learning Experience
INTERNATIONAL IMMERSION PROGRAM
These International Immersion Programs (IIP) are designed specifically for university students to strengthen their finance, business, and leadership competencies through an intensive and interactive short program. The goal is to provide focused learning in a condensed format, combining academic rigor with practical applications. The program will be delivered through university-certified sessions, industry exposure, and cultural immersion activities in the UAE.
Objectives
Participants of the IIP will be able to: - Enhance knowledge in Finance, Business, and IT with practical case studies - Gain exposure to financial innovation and digital transformation in global business - Collaborate effectively with peers through team-based activities - Learn leadership and decision-making skills relevant to financial professionals - Earn a certificate of completion issued by Inspira International University Partner
Content
The academic portion of the boot camp will include 10 hours of university-delivered training sessions spread over the program, covering key modules:
- Financial Innovation, Creativity, and Entrepreneurship
- Digital Transformation of Business & Finance
- Strategic Financial Planning & Business Plan Development
- Applied Case Studies in Finance & Canvas Development
- Digital Marketing for Financial Services
- Smart Leadership in Finance
Teaching Methodology
The program will be delivered through: - University-led lectures and workshops
- Case studies and group presentations
- Interactive exercises and applied projects
- Industry guest lectures (finance/business sector)
Duration and Date
The workshop will run for 4–5 days, including: - 10 hours of structured in-university training sessions - Industry visits and cultural excursions - Team-building and leadership activities
Certification
Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion issued by the partner university, recognizing their participation in the boot camp and validating their learning outcomes.
Cost
The cost of the IIP is AED 6,000.00 (including 5% VAT) per participant. This includes: - Training fee and study materials
- Excursions and tours (Burj Khalifa At The Top, Dhow Cruise, Safari Tour, Dubai Frame, Global Village, Dubai City Tour, Expo City & Museum of the Future)
- 6 lunches, 4 dinners, daily breakfast
- Accommodation with breakfast (twin sharing for students, single rooms for faculty)
- Certification (for a minimum of 40 students and 2 faculty)
Note:
- Museum of the Future and Expo City entrance fees are not included (advance booking required).
- Air tickets and visa fees are not included in the above costing.
